🌟 Estela | Michelin One-Star with Super Ugly Plating 🥲

I recently dined at Estela, a Michelin one-star restaurant in New York, and while the food was surprisingly delicious, the presentation left a lot to be desired. 🍖 🎢🍃 The foie gras was a tiny piece, almost hidden under a pile of greens. When it arrived, it looked like a dark, unappealing blob. The portion wasn't particularly large, and it was strange that the waiter said everything is meant to be shared. 🤔 (But the duck and venison were highly recommended!
