After entering, the hostess was very friendly and recommended several dishes while we waited for our table.💧 🔅It’s just a five-minute walk from the Country Music Hall of Fame to Etch restaurant. We ordered roasted vegetables, chocolate desserts, wasabi salmon, and other delicious dishes. ✨The salmon was served on sourdough bread, with wasabi sauce that enhanced the flavor without being overpowering. For dessert, we chose the server’s recommendation—sweet but not cloying, just the way I like it. Our server Kristy recommended a white wine pairing for my friend’s seafood.
