Every time I come to this restaurant, I find the food delicious
When the weather's hot and I don't feel like cooking, I find myself coming back to this Xinjiang restaurant in Fremont. I had the stir-fried rice noodles last time, which were incredibly tasty, spicy, and satisfying. This time, I decided to try some other signature dishes. Hand-Grabbed Rice 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌗 It looks plain, but it's quite flavorful. Each grain of rice has a subtle sweetness from the mutton, and the meat itself is not gamey. The sour cabbage that comes with it is very refreshing. Baked Buns 🌟🌟🌟🌟 The crust is very crispy, and the filling is mutton, which is juicy. Even though I'm very sensitive to the smell of mutton, I can still enjoy these. Lamb Skewers 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌗 These are quite large, and there's no mutton gamey flavor at all! They're well-grilled, especially the fat parts, which are really fragrant. Shaved Ice Yogurt 🌟🌟🌟🌟 As I don't consume dairy, this is my partner's review. Initially, it seemed like ordinary yogurt, but the more you drink, the better it tastes, reminiscent of the traditional old yogurt back home. The dishes at this Xinjiang restaurant are truly impressive, even better than those at the popular Xinjiang restaurants we've had in China. The mutton is not gamey, and the stir-fried rice noodles and noodles are particularly delicious. If it weren't for the slightly high prices, I'd love to come here often for a couple of bowls of stir-fried noodles. Highly recommended. #HiddenGemRestaurantShare #SanFranciscoFood #ChroniclesOfRomanticLife #WorkingPeoplesMeal #WhatToEatInBayAreaWeekend
