Excellent Puerto Rican Cuisine

📍Sabrina Brunch & Bistro Bar 🧡This Sabrina restaurant on Louisa Street in San Juan serves outstanding Puerto Rican dishes. Located between Condado and Isla Verde, it's quite easy to find. 🥣When we visited on a weekday noon, the place was filled with office workers. Sabrina offers a consistently excellent dining experience. 🌈 I prefer coming in the evening when it's less crowded, or when the atmosphere shifts to resemble a cocktail lounge. ✨The fish stew was generously portioned, with a milky broth and chunks of fish. My friend's steak was cooked just right, served with roasted potatoes that had a crispy skin. The burger patty was thick and juicy, accompanied by freshly fried, crispy fries. 🍵The servers proactively refilled our water, and the dishes were served at a steady pace. We noticed many customers ordering juice, which seemed freshly squeezed. 🍮The crowd thins out a bit after 1 p.m. Window seats offer a view of the street, though it can get sunny in the afternoon.
