During our stay at the W Hotel, we dropped by Caramá by Wolfgang Puck hoping for a relaxed and cozy dining experience — and they absolutely delivered! The atmosphere was modern yet comfortable, and the staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful — no pushy upsells, no rush, just great service from start to finish. 😊 We started with an Old Fashioned made with 10-year whiskey — smooth, sweet, and without any burnt aftertaste. A solid choice! 🥃 Just a friendly tip: always ask the price before ordering the 15 or 20-year version (mine was $30). For dinner: 🍝 Gina had the Gluten-Free Pasta with Bolognese — surprisingly delicious! You honestly couldn’t tell it was gluten-free. The sauce was meat-heavy and rich, though a touch of tomato could have brightened it up. 🍕 I tried the Sausage Pizza — it looked fantastic with a crispy crust and generous toppings, but the flavor fell a bit flat. The crust was soft and lacked that signature punch. I ended up rolling it up like a pizza croissant — fun, but not ideal. Then came the dessert that changed everything! We ordered the Chocolate Shell Gelato — a total showstopper! 🍫🍦 They poured hot dark chocolate over the cold vanilla gelato, forming a rich, crispy shell that was pure magic.
