What an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and thoughtfully arranged. We were offered a complimentary upgrade 🆙, and they kindly arranged an early check-in at 1 PM – so helpful after a long journey! 🕐🧳 A special shout-out to AB at the front desk – a true leader in guest services! He warmly welcomed us and thoroughly explained all the hotel’s amenities with professionalism and a genuine smile 😊🛎️. At the bar and restaurant, Benjamin was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable – his recommendations were spot-on! 🍸📚 And in the dining area, Chef Jesse served a steak that was truly one-of-a-kind – cooked perfectly to order and bursting with flavor! 🥩🔥 Our room was immaculate, fresh, and clearly recently renovated – everything felt brand new and stylishly designed 🛏️💫. Parking was a complete non-issue – plenty of space and easy access 🅿️✅. The Sheraton Club on the 5th floor had a nice range of offerings – while not extravagant, it was a comfortable and pleasant space to relax 🥂🍽️.
