Reservation required in advance. From the selection of ingredients to the pairing, and the beautifully crafted presentation, every detail reflects the chef’s thoughtfulness. The aesthetics, flavors, and details are all spot on. 🌟 Tonight’s Highlights: Truffle Extravaganza: Fresh black truffles flown in from Italy every week. Grand River Trout: Local trout from the nearby Grand River. Garden Fresh: Many ingredients picked fresh from the restaurant’s own garden. My personal favorites were TASTE THE OCEAN: a delightful combination of king crab, scallops, and sea urchin, and VEAL ROSSINI: the chef’s first signature dish at this restaurant. Plus, there was a unique dessert: a “cilantro cake” made with cilantro from the hotel garden. 🦀🦑🍰 In addition to the food, the wine list is extensive—thick with choices. You can also opt for wine pairing, which is a great way to go. The $300/person option features classic wines from around the world, while the $160/person option includes both well-known and unique selections. 🥂🍷 The whole dining experience was delightful, with a wonderful atmosphere. Enjoying live piano music, sipping on wine, and chatting, we didn’t even notice that the meal lasted over three hours. We left completely satisfied! 🎹🍷 The service was exceptional! As we left, we received a small gift bag and a handwritten thank-you note. So thoughtful! 🎁✉️ One downside: It was a rainy day, so the hotel's beauty didn’t quite come through in photos.
