Exile Diary |Off to Denver + My First Dry Skin Experience 🛣️

This week, I took a trip to Denver—my vitamin D levels are officially restored! ☀️ Soaking up that glorious Colorado sun felt absolutely amazing. Traveling mid-semester is always a bit of a whirlwind 🌀—you end up feeling rushed and probably not sleeping enough 😴. But you know what? A change of scenery always does wonders! Exploring different neighborhoods, seeing new architecture, and taking in those mountain views... it was exactly what I needed 🌆. I attended some really interesting conference sessions that left me feeling inspired and productive 🧠. And I made sure to carve out time to visit the incredible Red Rocks Park! That natural amphitheater totally took my breath away—nature truly is the world's most spectacular architect 🌄. This place would be absolutely PERFECT for a music festival, just saying... someone make it happen! 🎵😉 Okay, real talk though—Denver is SERIOUSLY dry! 😫 My skin knew it immediately. When I finally put on a sheet mask, I literally felt my skin guzzling all the hydration like it had been stranded in a desert 💦. Note to self: pack ALL the moisturizers next time! #CheckingInOnInternationalStudentMentalHealth #LifeSnippets #DenverDiaries #JustJournaling #DenverTravels #DrySkinSeason #MountainVibes
