Experience at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando

Transport Convenience: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Stay Comfort: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Hotel View: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Transport gets five stars because the hotel offers a free shuttle bus🚌, and there are several great Chinese restaurants nearby. However, if you plan to walk to Universal or Disney parks, or prefer driving a short distance, it’s better to choose an on-site partner hotel. This hotel only provides one shuttle to Universal at 7:45 AM🕗, and one return trip at 6:30 PM🕡—about a 20-minute ride each way. We took the morning shuttle, but since we stayed until late evening, we took an Uber back. A tip: if you plan to leave right at park closing, book your Uber in advance📲! Otherwise, prices surge instantly due to high demand. 😩 The shuttle to Disney has multiple time slots🕒—probably because Disney closes later, and it’s less than 15 minutes away🚗. Now, let’s talk about the restaurants around! There are Chinese, Japanese, and more. This time, we tried the Chinese hot pot buffet🍲 right near the hotel for three days in a row—super tasty, fairly priced, and baby-friendly. Highly recommend it if you’re craving hot pot while traveling! Comfort level deserves five stars! When we booked, no queen beds were available, so we got a room with two double beds🛏️. Surprisingly, there was no nightstand between them, so we pushed the beds together. My husband, our two kids, and I slept comfortably without feeling crowded—unlike many hotels where nightstands make merging beds impossible! The hotel offers 24-hour room service🍽️, a convenience store, café, and a Western restaurant downstairs. Best of all, the resort resembles those in Cancún—with multiple swimming pools🏊, water slides, artificial rocks, a gym, and a lake where you can rent paddle boats. You can also relax on sun loungers☀️—it really took me back to those laid-back days in Cancún! My parents spent two days exploring the hotel with our second baby and loved it. There’s even a cute parrot🦜 in the lobby—the mascot who’s 27 years old and says "hello"! Too adorable! About the view—always choose a pool view room‼️ Only those rooms offer a view of Disney’s nightly fireworks🎆—you can see them from both parks! The view is absolutely spectacular. We stayed on the 11th floor and enjoyed the fireworks every night—no need to squeeze into crowded parks in the heat! Besides the fireworks, the hotel view is unobstructed with no tall buildings around, offering a vast vista. Just a note: the balcony railings are quite wide, so keep an eye on little ones if you have a baby. #ResortHotel #OrlandoHotels #Orlando
