🌟 Exploring | A Provençal Cuisine Gem in Le Marais 🍷🍴

For my friend’s birthday, we visited this restaurant tucked away in a quiet corner of Le Marais. 🎉✨ It seemed unassuming, but by the time we finished our first round, there was already a long queue outside! 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ This spot specializes in Provençal cuisine, with seating both inside and out. The interior is quite cozy (read: cramped), so it’s not the most kid- or dog-friendly, but it’s perfect for a date night or a small gathering with friends. 🍾💑 The menu was a dream for me, especially with its seafood options. 🦞🐟 As it’s Provençal, the bouillabaisse with langoustine was one of the day’s specials (the small board on the table lists the daily specials for starters, mains, and desserts). For starters, the four of us shared two plates of moules (mussels) seasoned to perfection and served with baguette—absolutely divine! 🥖😋 The fried fish with mayo was also a hit. For mains, we each ordered something different: the classic roasted duck breast (the portion was surprisingly generous!), a rich and flavorful beef bone marrow soup, scallop risotto, and my simple yet delicious filet de bar (sea bass). 🦆🍖🍚🐟 The average cost per person was around €40, which is pretty standard if you share starters, have one main each, and split desserts. 💶🍰 A heads-up: the restaurant can get quite noisy, so if you’re looking for a quiet spot for a romantic date, this might not be the best choice. 😅 Also, the windows are so clean that if you sit by them, you might catch a glimpse of what other diners are up to on their phones—inside and out! 📱😂 #FrenchCuisine #ParisRestaurants #ParisFoodExploration #HiddenGems #FrenchDining #FranceTravel #ParisTravel
