Exploring HYUN in New York 🌆
Tenderlion Strip Steak 💰59 🥩Ribeye Steak 💰58 I went with the owner’s recommendations and chose both cuts of meat, both graded at 3ozo. To enhance the flavor during grilling, the attentive staff used a small piece of beef fat instead of butter🧈, along with garlic🧄 and rosemary for that extra aroma! The portions were quite small, so the value wasn’t super high, but the meat was incredibly tender and well-marbled. 🥩The doneness was between medium and medium-well, giving the meat a nice chew and a bit of richness. The dipping sauces were carefully curated, including pink wine salt, truffle salt, and sesame oil. Each one added a unique flavor, but I personally loved the wine salt🍷🧂. Hadol-Jim 10pcs 💰46 The daily limited edition of perilla mushroom beef rolls, served in a wooden box, hot and ready. It looks amazing for photos📷! As an appetizer, it was a bit of a miss. 🥩 Without the sauce, it felt like ordinary steamed beef rolls. There were two dipping sauce options: ponzu with lime (a soy sauce with lime and citrus) and honey syrup (lemon honey sauce). Writing this has made me hungry again. Right now, I’m craving some meat! #NewYork #MeatLovers 🍖🌟
