After catching a concert and a movie in Times Square, I stumbled upon Lucky Cat, a delightful Japanese izakaya. The moment I walked in, I was transported to a cozy corner of Japan. 🎎 The restaurant’s layout and decor are rich in Japanese cultural elements – from the traditional lanterns to the wooden furnishings, it feels like one of the most authentic Japanese spots in New York! 🌿 🌟 I visited twice and mainly ordered the eel rice, which was incredibly flavorful. The eel was tender and perfectly grilled, with a sweet and savory sauce that made every bite memorable. 🍖 The star of the house is the “meat mountain hot pot,” which looks incredibly tempting. I didn’t order it this time because I couldn’t finish it alone, but I’ll definitely try it with friends next time.
