Exploring Manhattan: Sagaponack 🌟

To provide a more accurate review, let me first share my personal taste preferences: I come from the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region, love seafood and Cantonese cuisine, and prefer less spicy and less oily dishes. This time, I visited a seafood fusion restaurant on 22nd Street in Lower Manhattan. Overall, I’d rate it 3.8/5. The flavors were all pretty good, with no major disappointments. The downside was the limited variety of dishes. The previously recommended dishes like shrimp risotto, scallops, and mussels were unavailable. However, they do offer a $45 three-course menu during Restaurant Week. πŸ”πŸŒŸ During Happy Hour, the oysters were just $1 each, so we indulged and got a dozen each. It was an oyster lover’s dream! πŸ˜‹ The recommended fluke tartare was truly excellent, with a rich and layered flavor profile. 🍣 The Gambas Al Ajillo (garlic shrimp) with bread had a slight spiciness, but it was still within my comfort zone and my kid loved it. 🍀 Both the crab roll and lobster roll were delicious. πŸ¦€ For dessert, the recommended Thai milk tea cake was gone, so we tried the matcha panna cotta. It featured a layer of matcha pudding at the bottom, topped with strawberry bits and a mix of black sesame and peanut crumbs. The layers added a nice complexity. Personally, I found it a bit too sweet, but my partner thought it was just right. 🍰 #FoodieAdventures #ManhattanEats πŸŒƒπŸŒŸ
