Exploring New York: Taqueria Ramirez 🌆
I recently took a ferry to Greenpoint, and as soon as I stepped off the boat, it felt like I had stumbled into the hangout spot of entry-level finance bros. 🌸 The newly developed area is filled with Lululemon-clad joggers and people in white shirts paired with vests. It’s like a scene straight out of a finance drama! 🏃♀️ After a 15-minute walk through the bustling streets, I arrived at Taqueria Ramirez. I had heard so much about their beef small intestine taco that I just had to try it. 🎢 But guess what? The roasted pork with pineapple and spicy sausage stole the show! The combination of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors was simply irresistible. 🍖🍍 🍃I also indulged in a bottle of Mexican Coke, which is made with real cane sugar, not corn syrup. The difference in taste is so noticeable and refreshing! The beef small intestine was briefly seared with a blowtorch, giving it a BBQ aroma. It had been braised for a long time, making it very tender and free of any gamey smell. 🏙️ While I enjoyed it, I still prefer the Korean-style grilled beef small intestine, which has a slightly chewy exterior and a very soft interior. 🍖 Overall, Taqueria Ramirez is a must-visit for anyone looking to explore authentic Mexican flavors with a twist. 🍃 The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the food is simply amazing. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their delicious dishes! 🌟 #FoodieDiary #GlobalEatingSquad
