Fantastic Tasting Menu Experience! 🇮🇹✨

Our evening was made truly special by the incredible service from our waiter and sommelier! 🎩👏 They were not only deeply knowledgeable about every detail of the menu and wine pairings, but also genuinely attentive and helpful throughout our dining journey. Their passion for hospitality truly shone through, making us feel welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived. Since there were three of us, we decided to try both tasting menus – two ordered the Cooper menu while one went for the Ashley menu. I personally chose the Cooper and can’t recommend it highly enough! 🍽️💖 The foie gras terrine was an absolute revelation – rich, smooth, and perfectly seasoned. And the short rib? It literally melted in my mouth! 🥩😍 Every bite was tender and deeply flavorful. While I also sampled dishes from the Ashley menu (the multi-pepper grilled cheese was truly outstanding 🧀🌶️), I overall preferred the Cooper for its bold flavors and flawless execution. The wine pairings were another highlight – each selection complemented the dishes beautifully, enhancing the flavors without overpowering them. 🍷🌟 We were even presented with a full list of all the wines we tasted at the end of the meal – such a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated!
