Favourite Cantonese Tea Restaurant in Stockholm
My final grades came out, and I failed one subject. What's going on? So frustrating! I needed to eat something good to heal my wounds, so I visited my favourite Cantonese restaurant in Stockholm, Ming, for the second time. Based on my previous experience, I ordered more dim sum this time, and it seemed the taste was overall better than last time? Deep-Fried Two πππππ The deep-fried dough sticks (you tiao) were still quite good even after I left them for a while! Although the cheong fun (rice noodle roll) was still a bit thick, it became surprisingly rich in flavour after absorbing the sauce. Perhaps because they gave more sauce this time, unlike last time when there was barely any to dip in. I found that the cheong fun here is more suitable to eat after letting it sit for a bit, so it can absorb more sauce. We also ordered, but didn't manage to photograph: Roast Duck πππππ I loved it last time, and I still love it this time! Being able to eat roast duck in Stockholm is so satisfying! I especially enjoy it with the perilla plum sauce. I don't know if it's an illusion, but it even seemed like the duck pieces were larger this time. Lucky! Shrimp Siu Mai πππππ I'm not usually a big fan of siu mai, but this was unexpectedly delicious! The shrimp was large and not those tiny ones. #LifeInSweden #StudyingInSweden #NordicLife #ExploreWithMe #ChineseFood #WeekendExploration #Stockholm #StockholmFood #StockholmExplore ### name:Ming address:Birger Jarlsgatan 35, 111 45 Stockholm type:place ###
