🄯 Federal | Said to Have the Best Brunch in Manchester

On a sunny day, my girls and I decided to head out for brunch. By 11:30 am on a Saturday, the line had already started forming—no wonder it’s so popular! šŸŒž āŒ›ļø **Wait Time:** About 45 minutes It’s quite reasonable. While waiting, the staff will register your group and even offer hot chocolate ā˜•ļø to keep you cozy. šŸ’° **Average Cost:** Ā£20-25 (We ordered three dishes and didn’t get any coffee or drinks. There’s a 10% service charge.) - 🄧 **Top 1: French Toast** - Highly recommended! The bread is soft and fluffy, topped with fresh fruit šŸ“šŸŒ, chocolate powder, and a generous dusting of confectioners’ sugar. The cream is quite rich, almost a blend of dairy and plant-based cream (maybe?). - **Steak & Eggs** (Also a popular choice) Ordered medium, but it felt a bit underwhelming. The steak was a bit tough and chewy, with lots of sinew. The green sauce underneath had a strange flavor. - **Cheddar Corn Fritters Balcon** A random pick, but it was decent. It’s like a corn cake, ordered with bacon šŸ„“ and avocado šŸ„‘ inside. The top looked like cream, but it turned out to be a runny egg—hilarious surprise! Overall, it wasn’t as amazing as people say. The shop is quite small, but the prices are fair. I’m not sure when I’ll be back again. #ManchesterFood #FederalManchester #ManchesterLife #ManchesterEats #ManchesterFoodie #ManchesterBrunch
