Finally! I went to Carbone (1)π
I finally made it to Carbone in New York. The service was great, but the place was really crowded. π I booked a month in advance, but that wasn't really necessaryβI just happened to get a last-minute notification from Resy! I personally thought the handmade pasta was even better. βοΈ Salami + Mozzarella + Garlic Bread β This complimentary appetizer bread is a must at Carbone. The salami was top-notch, and the mozzarella was so creamy, but I still prefer burrata π βοΈ Carpaccio β Thin slices of beef with the aroma of truffle and a hint of parmesan cheese. It was rich and flavorful without being too heavy. The combination was just perfect π βοΈ Tuna Crudo β The raw tuna was average, but the mushroom puree was an interesting twist. It was a unique pairing π #ItalianCuisine #Carbone #NewYorkFood #NYCExploration π
