Finally found a new favorite for dry noodles❗️
In summer, hot soup is too heavy, so I crave dry noodles. 🌟When I lived in Hudson Yards, I often went to Jun-Men for dry noodles and always had to wait in line. Recently, I discovered this new place that specializes in dry noodles. On Friday night during peak dinner time, there was no line! The takeout dry noodles probably work better than traditional ramen~ And there’s a discount on Panda Express. 📍 Kajiken Kazuki, at Bryant Park TLDR: It’s really worth it! 🌟I didn’t expect much from a chain with over 100 stores worldwide – just a place where I wouldn’t have to wait in line and could eat casually. But the food was super satisfying, and for a place with an average price of over $20, the ambiance is really good. 🍜 We chose the following noodles: Niku Miso 🌟It comes with a soft-boiled egg, slow-cooked meat, bamboo shoots, and lots of ground meat. When you mix it all together, the noodles are coated with the egg and ground meat. Writing this makes me want another bowl. Original Plus 🍜 The char siu is not greasy or salty, and it also has slow-cooked meat and bamboo shoots. Without the soup, the noodles are chewier. We added a soft-boiled egg. Only with a poached egg can you get the egg liquid to mix with the noodles. #NewYork 🗽🌟
