Finally got to try it in Singapore!!!

I've been wanting to try this sesame ball for a long time!! Because it takes a lot of time and effort, they only make 3 balls a day. I was lucky enough to get to eat it on Saturday noon~ This ball takes about 20 minutes to wait, and it's really bigger than my face~ The taste is sweet and crunchy. This place serves Sichuan cuisine and is located in the CBD area. The decoration is very comfortable, giving a fine dining vibe. 🥦Dry Pot Flowering Cabbage: I didn't expect a vegetable dish to be a must-order at every table~ Indeed, this dry pot cabbage is super tasty!! It's fragrant when stir-fried with chili peppers~ 🐔Chongqing Native Spicy Chicken: Chicken dices and bamboo shoots are stir-fried together, quite a large plate. Both the chicken and bamboo shoots are tender, with a moderate spiciness~ 🍖Fresh Pepper Flavored Spanish Black Pig Meat: It feels a bit like boiled meat slices, but it's more exquisite~ The pork is quite tender, with vermicelli and enokitake mushrooms soaked in the soup below. Delicious~ 🥒Spring Garden Color Pepper Bamboo Shoots: An appetizer~ A pretty novel way of cooking~ The bamboo shoots have a hint of the numbness and spiciness of the pepper. 🧈Grilled Cheese Chicken Spring Rolls: This dish didn't particularly impress me, maybe cheese lovers will love it~ Numb Restaurant, Marina One, S(018935) #Singapore Food #What to Eat in Singapore #Where to Eat in Singapore #Singapore Sichuan Cuisine #Singapore Chinese Food #Singapore Life
