Black Cocoa Tiramisu 🍰 🌿🌟The best of the night goes to the Tiramisu—it's incredibly delicious! The top layer of cream is smooth, delicate, and sweet. It's dusted with a rich, dark cocoa powder. Inside, there are sea salt caramel crunch pieces. The bottom is a cake layer soaked in coffee liqueur. The layers are incredibly rich, and every element, in terms of flavor and proportion, is just perfect! 😋 🌿🌟 Caramelized Pear Sorbetto 🍑 My friend ordered this. I don't usually eat sorbet, so I just took a small bite. It's very refreshing with a strong pear flavor. The dried fruit on top is a bit too sweet.
