And here’s the key ‼️ Sugar + scallions + hoisin sauce = SOUL Wrap it all up, take a bite, and just… wow. For roast duck near Seattle, this really hit the spot — though a part of me still dreams of Tianjin’s Zhengyang Chun duck and their famous duck oil buns. 🦆❤️ 🥩 Other Hot Dishes Sichuan Style Wagyu Beef｜$39 Basically Wagyu shuizhu niurou (spicy boiled beef). 👉 Tasty but not particularly memorable — solid, not stunning.
