Fine Dining at High Cotton 🍽️✨

We had heard so many great things about High Cotton, and it truly lived up to its reputation! 🌟 The elegant atmosphere, with its soft lighting and sophisticated decor, made our dinner feel like a special occasion from the moment we stepped inside. Our server, Seth, was absolutely outstanding. 😊👏 He was not only friendly and knowledgeable about the menu but also attentive in a way that felt natural and unobtrusive. Several managers also checked on us throughout the evening to ensure everything was perfect, which added to the impeccable service. The food was nothing short of spectacular! 🦞🍲 We started with the lobster tempura, which was light and crispy, and the crab soup—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. For our main courses, we shared the scallops and the filet mignon. The scallops were seared perfectly, and the filet was tender and cooked to perfection. The crispy Brussels sprouts on the side were a delicious complement. 😋🥗 We ended our meal by sharing the sweet potato cheesecake for dessert.
