Finnish Local Cuisine at a Michelin Restaurant 🪑
I didn't expect Finnish local cuisine to be so delicious! A friend recommended this Michelin restaurant, and it was completely worth it. As soon as I sat down, they recommended a strange tea to me. Since I quite like sour flavors, I was able to accept it. Appetizer: Reindeer Tataki It had a very soft texture, served with mushrooms. It was my first time trying reindeer meat, but it wasn't strange or hard to accept at all. Main Courses: 🍽️ I ordered a dish with fish and spring rolls. The menu name was "Pan-fried wild fish with Nokka's spring roll and hemp miso sauce." It was so delicious! 🤤 The fried fish was fragrant and tender. The spring roll had pickles inside, which was refreshing. 🍽️ I also ordered a dish with Italian dumplings. The menu name was "Ramsons-ricotta ravioli with herb tempeh and béarnaise sauce." It was incredibly tasty, with the rich layers you'd find in fine French cuisine. The sauce was excellent, and the textures of the food varied from crispy to sticky dumpling skin, creamy filling, and juicy pickles. It was an emotionally rich and harmonious dining experience. I call this delicious. Dessert: It was a white chocolate ice cream made to look like a Magnum, but it tasted like almond tofu. The flavor was neither here nor there, but the presentation was beautiful, served on a stone plate with great taste. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very nice. 🪑 Restaurant Name: Ravintola Nokka Address: Kanavaranta 7 F, 00160 Helsinki, Finland #FinnishCuisine
