Flattened Croissants at Chez Bon Bon in Las Vegas! 🥐✨

This time at Vegas’ Fontainebleau, my Amex Platinum gave a $70/day breakfast credit 💳. Not wanting to waste it, we woke up early to try the popular Chez Bon Bon! We went around 8:30 am — already pretty busy with a line forming. We decided to grab several pastries and coffee to take back to our room, totaling about $75. Everything was so delicious, so here are my favorites! 🥐 Pistachio Flattened Croissant The #1 popular item for a reason! Sweet but not too rich — first you taste the rich pistachio chocolate coating, then the crispy, flattened croissant inside. The texture is amazing, and it’s generously topped with pistachio crumbs. Couldn’t stop munching! 😋 🍫 Chocolate Flattened Croissant The chocolate coating here is surprisingly not overly sweet — just deeply chocolatey and fragrant. Covered with little chocolate pearls for extra richness! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🫐 Blueberry Yogurt Ice Cream When I say “not too sweet” for a U.S. dessert, that’s the highest praise! 😄 The yogurt flavor is strong and refreshing, with just the right sweetness — perfect for a morning treat. Absolutely a 10/10! 🎀 Bowtie-shaped Croissant Who can resist this adorable, girly shape? 🎀 Hats off to the bakers — every croissant is perfectly shaped and super crispy. Tastes great, but I still prefer the flattened ones. Major photo-worthy points though! 🍰 Yuzu Swiss Roll Light, fluffy, and refreshing! Sweet with a hint of citrus tang. The cake is soft and delicate — a lovely little treat. 🥑 Avocado Toast A solid savory option for non-sweet breakfast lovers! Topped with fried onion crisps, sunflower seeds, thick avocado spread, cherry tomatoes, and… a purple thing (anyone know what it is? 😂). Even eaten cold later because I was too full, it was still amazing — the most layered and flavorful bite of the meal! ☕ Coffee We just got espresso and added ice water in the room — nothing special. They also had lots of other desserts, fresh fruits, and salad bowls onsite — all looked fresh and cost around $12–15 each.
