Florida for the "Too Chill to Plan" Traveler

Day 1 ✈️ Orlando 📍 Universal Studio Bought the 2-park ticket. The place is MASSIVE. Plus, August in Orlando? BRUTAL. We were basically zombies by 6-7 PM and crawled back to the hotel. ☀️😵 Day 2 📍 Disney Magical Kingdom Came for the castle and parade. Spoiler: The parade is way shorter than Shanghai Disney's. Lots of kiddie rides—perfect for scaredy-cats like me. 🎠 By the end, my legs were screaming, so I bailed on the fireworks. Sorry, castle! Day 3 📍 Disney Epcot Fewer rides here, so we conquered them all. The real mission? Collecting stamps and stickers from every country. Exhausting but weirdly satisfying. 🌍 Food tastes slightly better than MK's, and the fireworks? 100% WORTH IT. ✨ Day 4 ✈️ Miami 📍 CVI.CHE 105 Ordered grilled beef heart paella and octopus. Portion size = food coma for two. Octopus was soft and tender, but overall? Mid. Didn't blow my mind. 🐙 Day 5 📍 Little Havana Mainly checking out the graffiti murals and cigar shops. Grab a Cuban coffee when you need a caffeine hit. Nice stroll on a good day, but we got heat + rain combo 😇 Not ideal. 📍 Sanguich Little Havana First Cuban sandwich ever—and it SLAPPED. Crispy bread, melted cheese inside. Try the Sanguich de Miami—has veggies, feels fresher. 🥪 📍 Cajun Boil Brickell HANDS-DOWN SEAFOOD GOD. We ate here TWICE. Their secret sauce is CRACK. Boyfriend can only handle "Guangdong spicy"—medium spice was perfect. Bonus: The fried rice is also fire! Day 6 📍 Vizcaya Museum & Gardens Feels like a mini Versailles on the sea—super photogenic. But that viral pavilion? Smells like a swampy ditch. 🦨 Still cute in good lighting, though. Gardens are stunning. WARNING: Uneven stone paths + heels = near-death experiences. I almost twisted my ankle 5 times. 👠💀 📍 Cortadito Coffee Viral coffee = conquered. Try the Tres Leches Latte and coconut latte. Their lunch sandwiches are surprisingly fire too. ☕🥥 📍 Joe's Stone Crab Meh. Maybe it's the wrong season? The crab claws weren't sweet at all—kinda disappointing. 🦀 Day 7 📍 Miami Design District Luxury brand heaven—stores are architectural masterpieces. Good for a quick stroll and window shopping (or actual shopping if you're rich). 💎 📍 COTE Miami Michelin-starred Korean BBQ. Service is impeccable, but pricey AF. Tastes better than average K-BBQ, but most meats are just salt-seasoned—gets bland and salty after a while. 🥩 🎯 Lazy Traveler Takeaway: Theme parks? Go early, leave early. Heat is the real villain. Food? Cuban sandwiches and Cajun boils = never miss. Stone crab? Maybe skip. Heels? Leave them at the hotel. Miami walkways are out to get you. Budget? COTE is splurge-worthy once, but Sanguich is the real MVP. #US #Florida #Jacksonville
