Flushing | JUQI
I finally got to enjoy the Beijing roast duck I've been craving at Juqi in Flushing ๐ฆ I've been really longing for Beijing roast duck recently, so I went to Juqi in Flushing to fulfill my wish ๐ We ordered the three - course roast duck. The first course was duck skin with caviar. The duck skin was so crispy it crumbled, and paired with the salty and fragrant caviar, it was an absolutely top - notch experience ๐. The second course was the traditional way of eating it. The duck meat was wrapped in thin pancakes with sweet bean sauce, cucumber and scallion slices. When you took a bite, it was full of authentic Beijing flavor ๐. The third course was duck soup. It was light and delicious, a perfect ending ๐ In addition to the roast duck, we also ordered a seafood vermicelli hotpot. The vermicelli had soaked up all the soup and was very flavorful. It contained shrimp , fish roe ๐ and squid . Every bite was full of the freshness of seafood ๐ฆ The environment of the restaurant was also very nice. The decoration had a strong Beijing Hutong vibe. The chefs in the kitchen would even help slice the duck, which was very professional ๐ฏ. I highly recommend this place to those who want to try authentic roast duck ๐ The address is 133 - 36 37th Ave G17, Flushing, NY 11354 ๐ #JUQI#
