Appetizers Review: ๐ฅ Mashed Potato Tower: Delicious! The tangy-sweet sauce is a perfect match, and the crispy sweet potato chips on top add a nice crunch. ๐ฅ ๐ฅ Salad: It has a refreshing Japanese-style dressing that's great for starting the meal (though I know most people might not care). ๐ฅ ๐ Sashimi: I didn't have high expectations, but the yellowtail and salmon were surprisingly good. Maybe it's because we came early and got the first batch of fresh fish. I quickly ordered another round, but there's a little pitfall I'll mention later. ๐ฃ ๐๐ Wagyu Fried Rice and Fried Chicken: Both were just okay, nothing special. ๐ After enjoying the appetizers, it was time for the BBQ. They provided several dipping sauces, and you can also ask for chili powder. First, they brought out a plate of๐ฅฌvegetables, followed by shrimp and beef tongue. rimp were quite large and surprisingly had roe! Once on the grill, the roe sizzled and released oil, infusing the shrimp meat with its own rich aroma. Even someone who dislikes peeling shrimp like me couldn't resist and ended up peeling a whole plate. The beef tongue was incredibly tender and fresh. It only needed a light sear before it was ready to eat. #NewYork ๐๐
