Maybe it's because we came early and got the first batch of fresh fish. They provided several dipping sauces, and you can also ask for chili powder. First, they brought out a plate of๐Ÿฅฌvegetables, followed by shrimp and beef tongue. rimp were quite large and surprisingly had roe! Once on the grill, the roe sizzled and released oil, infusing the shrimp meat with its own rich aroma. Even someone who dislikes peeling shrimp like me couldn't resist and ended up peeling a whole plate. The beef tongue was incredibly tender and fresh.
