The Iberian Pig maintains a consistently good standard across its dishes: the grilled squid paired with sweet potato and roasted garlic blends flavors naturally; the pork cheek tacos have a crispy shell with well-balanced seasoning in the filling; and the bacon-wrapped dates leave a lasting impression with their savory-sweet combination.⭐ 🔥Hattie B's fried chicken features a crispy exterior and juicy meat, though be prepared to wait in line. Peg Leg Porker's pork ribs tend to be dry at the ends, but the middle sections remain tender. 🥳The city overall feels predominantly white, with people of color mostly seen in roles such as bus drivers, valet attendants, hotel front desk staff, restaurant hosts, and panhandlers.
