Recently went on a road trip from Omaha all the way to California, crossing through Nebraska and Colorado — and discovered some delicious hidden gems thanks to Google Maps reviews! Even back in Seattle, I’m still dreaming about these spots… 😍 📍 1️⃣ Studio 6 Bistro 🏠 242 E 8th St, Cozad, NE 69130 📍 *Right off I-80* A charming restaurant with a lovely vibe — though if you sit outside, you might catch a whiff of cattle farm air 🐄💨 (it’s rural Nebraska after all!). We ordered: 2 x Tri-Tip dishes – one as a sandwich, one as crostini The sandwich was incredibly tender and juicy! 🥪💦 The sauce and cheese were perfectly balanced — light and not greasy at all The crostini came with a unique black pepper dip – tasty and original! 👉 Road trippers passing through Nebraska — you’ve gotta try this spot! You won’t regret it! 📍 2️⃣ Sexy Sammies Chicken Sandwiches & Tenders 🏠 4904 Larimer Pkwy, Johnstown, CO 80534 (They have 2 locations, both super close to the route!) Perfect if you’re heading to Denver or Rocky Mountain National Park 🏞️ — totally on the way!
