We tried: A 5-beer flight (all delicious!) š» Crispy pork belly (like Shanghai-style braised pork) - rich and flavorful š„ Duck wings (too sweet for us; needed kimchi to balance) Lettuce wraps with marinated beef - tender, savory, and perfect with rice & pickles š„¬ š Rocky Mountain Bagel The town's most famous bagel spot (with a gorgeous main street location)! We devoured: 3 different bagel sandwiches š„Æ A bagel pizza - all hits! Choose from flavors like whole wheat, rosemary sea salt, etc. - baked fresh daily. Leftovers go to those in need the next day. Their fresh-squeezed OJ (with pulp!) is sunshine in a glass. āļø š Eclipse Coffee Roasters (town edge) Beyond great coffee, they sell freshly roasted beans.
