Foodie Delight 😋 Andale – The Ultimate Mexican Cuisine in El Paso 🌮
On the last night of our New Mexico road trip, we stayed in El Paso—and surprisingly, it’s actually part of Texas! 🤠📍 I instantly fell in love with this vibrant city. Since we were right on the U.S.-Mexico border, I knew the Mexican food had to be authentic. After checking out local recommendations, we decided to try Andale Mexican Restaurant—and wow, it exceeded all expectations! The food, atmosphere, and prices were absolutely unbeatable. 💃🎉 I ordered Los Panchos and added an extra Angus beef taco on the side 😍. The most amazing surprise was the fried beef intestine taco that came with the set—it tasted like it was coated in salted egg yolk and deep-fried to perfection. So crispy and flavorful right when served! The Angus beef taco was also delicious—perfect for anyone who wants to explore different taco flavors. 🌮✨ My boyfriend really wanted a burrito (it’s his all-time favorite 😂), even though it wasn’t on the menu. We asked our server, and she went to the kitchen to check. She came back saying they could make it with available ingredients! He ordered a beef and bean burrito, and he said it was the best burrito he’s ever had 🤣—plus, it was huge! When we got the bill, we were shocked—his two burritos were only $7 total! (We left a generous tip, of course 💖.) And then… the flaming ice cream dessert! 🔥🍦 The fire show was fun, though putting it out felt a bit like “the spring breeze blows, and it blooms again” 😂. The ice cream was coated in something like sweet cereal and tasted incredible after being torched—caramelized, aromatic, just divine. Overall, the price, flavor, vibe, and dining experience were beyond what we imagined. Our total came to just $43. We chatted with our server afterwards and found out the restaurant has been open for 18 years! I would definitely return to El Paso just to eat here again. ❤️🔥 #NewMexico #Texas #MexicanFood #TravelNorthAmerica #Foodie #AndaleRestaurant #ElPasoEats #AuthenticMexican #TexMex #RoadTripEats #BudgetFriendly #MustTry #LocalGem #FoodTravel
