Foodie Diary Ep.1 π
Our first stop was K-Town, and of course, we picked my favorite comfort food β Cho Dang Gol (CDG)! π Fish Pancake It seems like the menu now only has shrimp pancakes ($14.99). The fish pancake was really delicious, which is a pity it's not available now. π Cod Roe Omelet $14.99 This is currently my favorite omelet in New York! The center is filled with fresh and fragrant cod roe, topped with green tea mayonnaise. I love it so much! π³ I suddenly don't love Take31's omelet as much anymore. π Spicy Pollock $28.99 Spicy pollock with Korean chili sauce. How can there be such a delicious and rice-friendly dish? I cried tears of joy! π The fried pollock is coated with Korean chili sauce. It's the most rice-friendly dish I've had in New York this year. π Mini Bossam $20.99 Korean-style wrapped pork with kimchi, chili sauce, gochujang pepper, and garlic. One bite is incredibly satisfying! π Spicy Galbi Jjim $46.99 Korean spicy braised beef short ribs pot π₯ Even those who can't handle spicy food can enjoy this dish. It's not spicy but sweet, with delicious vegetables and tteokbokki. The meat is tender and falling off the bone, soaked in the sauce. You'll miss out on a lot if you don't order this dish! π π Cho Dang Gol 55 W 35th St, New York, NY 10001, United States #NewYorkFood π #NewYorkFoodGuide π
