For This Bowl of Beef Soup Rice, I Made a Special Trip to Flushing(1)

On a Saturday noon, I headed to Flushing, and guess what? No lines! The place was pretty much full, but there were still a few seats available. 🌆 🏙️ I learned something new today... I thought "shredded beef" was like ground beef for burgers, but oh no, it’s actually tender strips of beef! 🌟Based on reviews, I ordered the herbal beef bone broth instead of the spicy one, which can get a bit salty. 🍲 The broth on its own is a delightful celery and beef bone soup. But when you pour it over rice, it reaches a whole new level of deliciousness. 🌺 It’s so comforting, from your throat all the way down to your stomach. My friend and I both loved it, and to be honest, it was even better than I imagined! 🌟 The beef quality is amazing—so tender and bouncy, I could describe it as QQ and chewy.
