Forget you guys! I'm off to check out New York's Little Kyoto first!!
So many friends have been traveling to Japan lately—it’s making me so jealous! 😫 So I quickly headed to this trending “New York version of Senbon Torii” ⛩️ to take some photos—and turns out, the food is amazing too! 【Food Recommendations】 🌟 Sushi Platter Every piece of sushi is topped with little extras (caviar, truffle, etc.)—it’s on par with $100 omakase! For $46, you get 12 pieces, including tuna chutoro—such great value! 🌟 Spicy Tuna Sushi This spicy tuna sushi is super unique! The rice at the bottom is crispy, almost like rice crackers, and there’s caviar on top—so good! 🌟 Sweet Shrimp Sushi Sweet shrimp is my favorite sushi topping—soft, ,and fresh! They also serve the shrimp heads, fried to a golden crisp—you can even eat the whole head, it’s that crunchy! Obsessed! 😍 🌟 Beef Marrow Dry-Aged Steak It’s a 30-day dry-aged steak, with crispy edges—you can pair it with creamy 【truffle butter】 or the house-made 【red wine sauce】, which has a fruity hint and cuts through the richness. Love it! But the real star ✨ has to be the 【beef marrow】—the rich, creamy marrow is topped with beef and mushrooms, so flavorful. And let’s not forget the 【potato mash cakes】—the outside is crispy, and the inside is smooth, fluffy potato—so unique and tasty! Name 💁♀️ Fushimi Address ⛳️ 311 W 43rd St, New York, NY 10036 【Overall Review】 Food Rating: 🍚🍚🍚🍚 It’s near Times Square, and for the area, it’s really high-quality Japanese food! Dining Experience: 🍚🍚🍚🍚🍚 The decor is so thoughtful—every corner feels full of Japanese charm! Just taking photos by the torii setup ⛩️ is so much fun! Recommendation Rating: 🍚🍚🍚🍚🥢 It’s perfect for dates—the ambiance is lovely! And since the space is big, it also works great for company parties or events. 💸 Foodie Wallet Hit ➖ $70/person #JapaneseFood #NYCFoodie #NYCFood #NYCDining #FushimiNYC #NYCJapaneseFood
