Broth: Creamy, milky tonkotsu with a subtle smoky note. 🐷 Chashu: Unique thick strips—incredibly tender and flavorful. 🍜 SHOYU Duck Broth Ramen Noodles: Chewy, curly rounds this time. Broth: Rich, fragrant duck broth—more depth than typical shoyu. 🦆 Chashu: Sliced pork with a light char—deliciously savory.
