Passing through Las Vegas with only one dinner to spare, I wanted to make it count. After checking tons of reviews, I booked Toridokoro Raku a day ahead—and it did not disappoint! From the moment I stepped in, the vibe felt just like a restaurant in Japan: Japanese staff, hot towels for your hands, tableware arranged the Japanese way—even the reservation system was as strict as in Japan! 🎎 We were hungry after a long drive, so we ordered a lot. Here are the highlights: 🌟 Standout Dishes: • Chicken Liver: Half-cooked and incredibly tender—definitely not frozen. Tasted exactly like in Japan! 🐔 • Chicken Meatball (Tsukune): Fluffy, charred, with crunchy cartilage inside.
