The playful, almost storybook-like vibe instantly lifts your mood and makes every sip feel special 🦊💫. 🍹 What We Tried: Irish Coffee: A reinvented classic using Jameson Caskmates (stout barrel-aged whiskey), demerara syrup (raw sugarcane with caramel notes), and topped with velvety cream. Rich, warm, and dangerously smooth – you’ll want to savor every drop. ☕️🧴 Ramos Gin Fizz (off-menu!): Our cheeky request was gladly accepted! Though the foam wasn’t ultra-dense, it looked gorgeous – like liquid cake 🍰. Refreshing and creamy, but could’ve been even silkier. Cold Snap: Absolut vodka + blackcurrant + lemon + honey. Sweet-tart and dangerously easy to drink… until the warmth hits later! 🍯⚡️ 💰 Total for 3 cocktails: £35 (£10-15 each) – impressive quality for the price.
