Astrance Restaurant, formerly known as L'Astrance, has dropped from a Michelin three-star to a one-star 🌟 restaurant due to various reasons such as relocation. However, I believe it's incredibly delicious 👍. It's not the kind of place that wins you over with its ambiance; the taste 👅 is very much to my liking. I ordered the seasonal lunch set, which included an appetizer, three main courses, a dessert, and wine pairing. The wine 🍷 pairings were spot on. The restaurant is located right next to the Guimet Museum. 🧭 The address on review sites like Dianping might be incorrect, but the one on TripAdvisor and The Fork should be correct.
