France brunch in New York--Le Gratin

1️⃣ PANIER DE VIENNOISERIES The French really know how to bake their bread! The croissant has an excellent texture, filled with the crispy aroma of butter. The chocolate and raisin flavors are rich, and the soft brioche is incredibly creamy and rich in milk flavor. 2️⃣ ESCARGOTS GRATINÉS A must-order! The garlic, parsley, and butter sauce is outstanding... The texture is crispy, and the snails are tender and slightly chewy, ranking in my top 3!! 3️⃣ PLANCHE DE CHARCUTERIE A classic French dish, it's a selection of various cold meat terrines and hams, perfect for pairing with wine. I particularly enjoy the foie gras terrine and a terrine with a bread crust (I forgot the specific name). 4️⃣ SAUMON FUMÉ The salmon has a rich texture and is not salty at all, paired with cream and lettuce for a refreshing taste, and I also really like the deviled eggs. 5️⃣ POULET FERMIER À LA RÔTISSERIE Their signature dish, the chicken is freshly roasted every morning, with crispy skin and tender meat, even the breast part is incredibly soft! Drizzled with a rich garlic sauce... The accompanying cheese baked potatoes are also very fragrant. 6️⃣ For dessert, we ordered the seasonal Strawberry Tart with Vanilla Ice Cream, which is exquisite and delicious.
