👍 I've always heard that Lake Saint-Croix is no less beautiful than Lake Annecy, and although it doesn't have the backing of the Alps, it has the magnificence of flowing through the gorges 👍 Moreover, it's exceptionally dog-friendly; every beach allows dogs, and you can bring your dog when renting a boat. Rent a small canopy-topped pedal boat to row into the gorge, swimming alongside the boat. 😍 In the afternoon, we moved on to Plage de Chabassole, which is close to the fjord with larger waves, and the color of the lake changes again, leaning towards a sea blue.
