Girls love things that shine and sparkle ✨ Discover a hidden gem in Paris ✨ Located on the grand boulevard of the 9th arrondissement, the Hôtel de Mercy-Argenteau, an imposing eighteenth-century mansion, is now open to visitors for the first time. As a historical monument, it has been meticulously restored to become the home of the École des Arts Joailliers—a jewelry art school established with the support of Van Cleef & Arpels. 💎 The dazzling jewelry exhibition 💎 "Bijoux de scène" will be displayed for free for the first time. The exhibition will lead visitors through three exhibition halls in succession, much like a backstage tour of a theater. The first act showcases jewelry from the stage, often from the actors' own collections. Next, we step onto the stage where costumes and jewelry come vividly to life, dazzling in their splendor. Finally, we pay tribute to the great figures of the Belle Époque, such as Sarah Bernhardt, Edward de Max, and Madame Bart, through large-format photographs. 🎭 The perfect fusion of culture and jewelry 🎭 The Joally School, in collaboration with the Comédie-Française, will bring you a cultural experience in this historic venue that will make your eyes sparkle. This free exhibition is the first in a series of events that will give you an in-depth understanding of the history of jewelry and marvel at the beauty and elegance of unique pieces. 📅 From June 13, 2024, to October 13, 2024, the exhibition is free.
