🗼 French Cuisine Near the Eiffel Tower, Foie Gras Wins!
🍴 L‘Atypic 🚶♂️ On my way from Molière to the Eiffel Tower, I stumbled upon a French restaurant with a unique name. I saw the beef tartare on the menu and wanted to try it, but the real stars were the foie gras and the steak! 🥗 First Course: Seasonal Vegetable Soup. Hmm, I wouldn't recommend the soup because it has parsnip, which gives it a strange taste 🤨 Hard to describe, but it's like, "Oh, that's so French!" 😂 🥩 Second Course: Can't-go-wrong Foie Gras. The owner say, it's homemade, and I personally think it's indeed better than the first place I tried! 🥑 Third Course: Beef Tartare. The beef is very fresh, and it's filled with lots of pickled cucumber bits, giving it a rather French taste. Maybe my expectations were too high, but it didn't blow me away. 🥩 Fourth Course: Signature Foie Gras Steak. Delicious! It lives up to its reputation! The foie gras is cooked to perfection, with a generous portion! It's the first time I've had foie gras with a jelly-like texture! Usually, foie gras melts in your mouth without needing to chew. This one has a bit more elasticity, with a crispy exterior and the foie gras bursting in your mouth! The steak is perfectly aged, medium-rare, tender, and juicy with a sauce that includes black truffle—so fragrant! 🍮 Fifth Course: Caramel Custard. This is so good, my friends! It's not like the egg jelly pudding you get elsewhere! The texture is soft, fluffy, and delicate, and with the addition of vanilla beans, it's incredibly fragrant! 🍽️ What other hidden gem restaurants are there near the Eiffel Tower?
