🔆Restaurant Name: Stella Mare's OEUFS MIMOSA AU HOMARD 🥚 A refined version of deviled eggs, served with a layer of baguette and arugula at the bottom, topped with lobster tail and a touch of caviar, drizzled with a little olive oil. It's tasty and not greasy, quite average. Pain perdu🍞 French toast that's quite delicious, with a soft and tender texture. The blueberry sauce and strawberries are quite sweet, making it hard not to enjoy. CROQUE MADAM🍳 This was the most impressive dish for me. Grilled bread topped with cheese and a sunny side up egg is incredibly tasty! The accompanying scallion fries are also very delicious. Highly recommended🌟Must-order‼️ CRÊPE AU SAUMON FUMÉ🍣 I tried a savory crepe, which I found quite average. The smoked salmon was quite fishy, not to my liking. The eggs were tender, and the crepe itself was okay, but the overall combination was not appealing. Not recommended🙅‍♀️ The pre-meal bread with butter was quite fragrant, and the mini muffin was also tasty. The overall ambiance was nice, but the service was just average.
