Fried Pork Chop Fried Rice is Super Fragrant
I had heard that Din Tai Fung was going to open in New York and was quite looking forward to it. I didn't expect it to happen so quickly! The new store is on Broadway at 50th Street, and the decor is very upscale and grand, as if you've walked into a Fine Dining establishment 🤣 The ambiance is perfect! The service was a bit slow on the second day of the new store opening, but the taste was still very acceptable. ❤️ Black Pork Pork Buns: There are many chefs in the store making the soup dumplings, and the assembly line operation is very efficient 😆 The skin is thin, and the filling is generous, with a burst of juice in every bite. These soup dumplings can score a 90 out of 100 👏 ❤️ Fried Pork Chop Egg Fried Rice: It has a very Japanese tonkatsu rice feel to it~ The pork chop is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and it's very fragrant when mixed with the fried rice. ❤️ Black Pork Pork and Shrimp Wontons: As someone on a diet, I can't have spicy wontons, but the clear soup wontons are also very good! Each wonton has a whole shrimp, and the pork filling is well-seasoned. I sincerely hope they can sell a frozen version. #IAmAFoodExplorer #NewYorkFunAndDine #NewYorkFoodExploration #NewYorkLife #NewYorkFood #NewYorkFoodGuide #DinTaiFung #DinTaiFungNYC #ManhattanFoodNYC ### name:DinTaiFung address:1633 Broadway, New York, NY 10019 type:place ###
