Two eggs + Irish bacon + sausages + grilled tomatoes + mushrooms + black pudding + hash browns + whole wheat toast filled a plate, accompanied by creamy baked beans, it's like being back in Europe in an instant. HH Benedict 🍳 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Since the shepherd's pie I wanted to try is only available during dinner, and the Sunday roast is only served after 2 PM, I ordered the Benedict again on the waiter's recommendation. The egg is cooked to perfection, with the whites fully cooked and the yolk runny. It's worth mentioning that it's paired with crispy hash browns, which are soft on the inside with a rich buttery flavor! Topped with a Bernaise sauce, the creaminess is milder than Hollandaise, with a more prominent tang that nicely balances the excess greasiness of the hash browns.
