Gamcheon Culture Village Is Also Stunning at Night 🥵
After rushing for a flight and watching Jannabi the morning before, I didn’t wake up until the afternoon the next day. Plus, it took over 1.5 hours to get to Gamcheon from Haeundae 🥲—by the time I arrived, the sun had already set. The café was closing in 15 minutes, and the fridge magnet shop shut down at 17:00 sharp (the biggest heartbreak ever! 😭). Only the blue hour brought the most beautiful views—after that, it got too dark to capture anything nice 🫠. ‼️ A crucial tip for Busan: Go out as early as you can! The sea is super blue when the sun’s out, but it turns dark and dull once the sunlight fades. Learn from my mistake, everyone! ‼️ㅠㅠ But darkness is perfect for taking “spooky vibe” photos 😋—they look just like ghost-themed shots, and I absolutely loved them! Since I was already there (ENFP’s motto: “I’m here, so I’ll make the most of it”), I decided to explore the whole area: After getting off at the bus stop, walk downhill (toward the café) to find the spot with an unobstructed view of the colorful houses. Walk uphill (opposite the café) until you see a big gate—that’s the start of Gamcheon’s official tourist route. There were way fewer people at night—no need to line up for photos with the Little Prince statue at all! Wandering around, squeezing in shots through little gaps (no need to pay for anything) was actually pretty fun 😌. #GamcheonCultureVillage #LittlePrinceAtGamcheon #Busan #BusanTravel #TooMuchToExplore #101KoreaPhotographyTips #MyDailyLife #OOTD #VintageVibe #JapaneseKoreanMagazineStyle
