Get Free Wine At 15 Different Restaurants In NYC This Month Thanks To Asti DOCG’s Asti Week
We love a good deal – especially when it involves a delicious dinner and drinks. That’s why we can’t wait to celebrate Asti Week, which hits NYC from September 15 to 19. This year, 15 restaurants are taking part – which means you may have to plan your week out carefully! What is Asti Week? ------------------ Asti Week, organized by Consorzio Asti DOCG, is a celebration of all things Asti Spumante and Moscato d’Asti. Throughout the week, all participating restaurants will offer diners a free welcome glass and a special pairing with Moscato d’Asti. Try a glass of Asti Spumante, a fully sparkling wine with fragrant notes of pear, acacia and white flowers. You can also have a glass of Moscato d’Asti, which is lower in alcohol, fizzier and a little more sweet – with aromas of peach, sage and orange blossom. Some restaurants even offer a cocktail as well, so make sure to keep your eyes on the welcome offer. Once your drink is in hand and you’ve been seated, make sure you check out the specially curated menu for the best paired meals. Each restaurant has designated a new or existing menu item that they recommend as the best match for each drink. What restaurants are participating in Asti Week? ------------------------------------------------ Participating restaurants are spread throughout the city and include Amo, Cacio e Pepe, Creston Wine Bar, La Dong, Misirizzi, Osteria Carlina, Osteria Brooklyn @ LIC, San Carlo Osteria Piemonte, Palma, Pasta Eater, Pasta Eater Hell’s Kitchen, Settepani, Terrone, The Leopard at Des Artistes and Tarallucci e Vino. What are some of the special menu items? ---------------------------------------- There are different dishes on offer at each restaurant, so there’s sure to be something for everyone. If you love pasta, you’ll want to head to Palma to try the spaghetti with sea urchin and orange and bread crumble. Osteria Brooklyn @ LIC is offering seared scallops with roasted bell peppers and spicy mollica and at Amo you can find focaccia di Mare. La Dong has a Pomelo Salad on offer and there are plenty of other dishes to try at the other participating restaurants too. Source: https://secretnyc.co/asti-week-2025/
