Ginza Kagari Soba 🎉
No-Wait, Seamless Visit to a Ginza Michelin-Recommended Ramen Shop 🍜 🍃🌸 Ginza Kagari Soba 🎉 I've never been a big fan of chicken broth, but after seeing many bloggers recommend it and staying nearby, I decided to check out this Michelin-recommended, trendy ramen shop. 🌟 I arrived at the restaurant around 10:50 a.m., weaving through narrow alleyways, just in time to be part of the first wave of customers. 🍃🌸 At this hour, there was no waiting at all! I ordered the recommended special black truffle chicken broth ramen. 🍜 As always with Japanese ramen, the soup was rich and flavorful, but on the salty side and a bit greasy towards the end. If you're in the Ginza area, it's worth a visit, but if there's a long queue, it might not be worth the wait. 🕒 🍃🌸 On another note, many restaurants in Japan are closed on Mondays. I was really looking forward to trying the Ginza Hachi-go and Takenoyama eel dishes, but unfortunately, they were both closed for public holidays. 😔 🍃🌸#Ramen #JapaneseRamen #GinzaDelights 🌟🌟🌟
