As the self-proclaimed president of the Shanghai Crispy Rice Cake Association (unofficial!), the sushi rice is deep-fried to perfection, topped with spicy tuna—what a heavenly combo! I dream about it!!! Nigiri Fire $6.75 Two big pieces per order—so flavorful! The torched aroma is insane, definitely order more! Salmon Oshi $16 Six types of oshi to choose from—you can’t go wrong even if you pick blindly!!
